Samsung’s processor will not power T-Mobile Galaxy S II
Samsung’s head of telecommunication Philip Berne made a rather disappointing statement when he announced that the Exynos processor will not be used in T-Mobile Galaxy S II, slated to be released this October.
Many believe that it is Samsung’s processor that made the galaxy brand so popular and omitting from the product will not augur well with the consumers.
However it is rumoured that the decision to use another processor, most probably Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor, will give the tablet better performance that Samsung’s processor.
Even though it is yet to be announced officially, the Snapdragon is the best choice for the Galaxy SII because it will improve the speed of the device to 42Mbps from the 21Mbps that Exynos is currently offering.
