Prague had about forty eight normal lights replaced using filters showing a common walking individual engaged in some disgusting activities such as hanging himself, drinking, defecating and urinating. The art is the work of Roman Tyc, an artist in Czech and figuratively created the art with delinquent angle about it. Semafory, as the project is well known, did not amuse the authorities.
As much as the public was generally entertained, the artist was fined by the government and billed for repairs as well as serving a month behind bars. Fans tried signing petitions to save him but nothing came out of it.
